In case any one was wondering...**WPS Wireless Review** I HATE WPS wireless service. I have put up with them for 7 years paying them $99 a month for terrible service because there was not another internet provider in this area. It can not stream a video. Now I was told they have lost the tower contract in Stratford, I have no internet and they said according to the contract they have 30 days to fix it. Soooo WPS you have 30 day to fix your loss of contract and I still have to pay you $99.00 and have no service?? Ummm, I don't think so. You will not have my business in the future. Note: If you have WPS service i'd advise you to read their contract. Poor customer service in my opinion as well. Good riddance!!!

This is THE worst possible company I have ever dealt with. They refused to come out because of their own products not working correctly. How can you refuse a service when we are paying you? The receptionist (Caitlin) and I were literally yelling at each other because they said they we did not know how to use the phones correctly. But when I do everything they say, they still don't work, and refuse to come out and look at them. I told them I would pay them AGAIN just to come out and show us how to properly use them, since apparently no one in our facility knows how, and they still refused. So, I will be paying out of MY OWN POCKET, not the company, to have someone else come out that can actually fix them. Worst Possible Service Incorporated.

Absolutely horrible service. Most of the time it is either slow, goes on and off frequently or is completely down. It has been almost non-existent the past 6 weeks. We had an appointment for 9 a.m. this morning. My husband took off work to be here. They didn't show up so he called to check. They said they would try to be here between 11 and 12. Enough. We are switching to satellite. I cannot stress enough my displeasure with this company. We have spoken with numerous friends on this service and they have all had the same problems. Trouble is, we live way out in the country and have very few options. I suspect that's part of the reason they don't worry about providing good service.
